Book Club
Our book club is reading and discussing books with a spiritual theme. They meet from 10:30 a.m. - 12 noon on the fourth Tuesday of the month, except in July and August.
Dancing
Dancers meet Sunday afternoons from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. for fun and fitness. Partners are not required. Come one, come all.
Music
Each Sunday the choir sings the psalm and a hymn during communion. The choir and the music they provide enriches the 10 a.m. Eucharist and other special services. We always welcome new members into our adult choir. Choir practice is on Thursday evenings from 7:30 p.m.- 9:00 p.m., with a warm up at 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning. The Bell Choir begins September 17, 2009, with practices from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
Belles
The Belles, a Ladies Social Group, meets October through May on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:15 p.m. for fun and friendship.
Altar Bread
Dedicated volunteers bake bread for use at our 10 a.m. Sunday Eucharist and for special services.
Fabric Arts Group
A group of parishioners design and sew vestments, frontals, linens and baptismal shawls.
Retreat
In early June, members of our congregation spend a weekend at Strawberry Creek, a beautiful retreat centre west of Edmonton. There are many opportunities for self-reflection and spiritual growth.
Quilters
The quilters group meets on Wednesday afternoons in the church basement during the winter and spring months. Each year, a draw for the quilt(s) occurs to raise funds for various projects.
Pie-Making Bee
In the fall, the quilters group organizes a pie-making bee. Funds raised are donated to various projects.
Newsletter
We strive to maintain ongoing contact with our parishioners, and our newsletter allows us to do that. Our comprehensive newsletter is emailed on a regular basis. If you would like to receive one, please provide the church office with your email address. Paper copies are also available.
Young Families
Our young families meet one Sunday afternoon a month for lunch, spiritual nurture, music, play and camaraderie.
