The Corporation

The Corporation is made up of the Rector, the Rector's Warden and the People's Warden. This body is responsible for proper conduct of regular parish worship, management of parish finances, maintenance of parish property and interaction with the Bishop and the Diocese. Currently, our Rector's Warden is Val McCormack and the People's Warden is Phyllis Molyneux.

Vestry

Vestry consists of the Rector, the Wardens, Lay Delegates to Diocesan Synod and other members as elected by parishioners. The Vestry's job is to conduct and direct the business of the church in matters relating to the functioning of the parish, except where exceptionally large expenditures require referral to a meeting of all parishioners for a decision. Vestry supports and assists the Rector and other staff in their duties and ensures an annual budget is presented to church members for approval. From September to July, Vestry meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month and are open to parishioners who wish to observe. Please call the church office if you have questions.
